Use Loometry safely and lawfully.
This policy protects customers, providers, the public site, assessment work, and the integrity of results while keeping early use practical.
Section 01
Use only for authorised, lawful work.
You are responsible for the legality of your content, provider access, testing, and decisions.
- Do not violate law, sanctions, court orders, contracts, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or provider terms.
- Do not submit content or credentials you are not authorised to use.
- Do not use Loometry to exploit, harm, threaten, stalk, discriminate against, or deceive people.
Section 02
Do not attack or evade controls.
Security testing requires written permission and an agreed scope.
- Do not probe, scan, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to Loometry, another customer’s assessment material, a provider, or connected infrastructure.
- Do not bypass public-form validation, agreed assessment limits, provider budgets, usage controls, credential restrictions, or provider safeguards.
- Do not introduce malware, destructive code, credential-harvesting content, or instructions designed to exfiltrate protected information.
- Do not automate the public site or assessment workflow outside a written, authorised scope and reasonable limits.
Section 03
Keep high-impact decisions under human control.
Loometry measurements are not a substitute for qualified human judgement.
- Do not use Loometry as the sole basis for decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, healthcare, legal rights, public benefits, or similarly significant outcomes.
- Do not represent an evaluation or signed report as a certification, audit opinion, legal conclusion, or guarantee unless a qualified authority separately provides that conclusion.
- Do not expose personal, health, financial, biometric, government-identifier, or other highly sensitive information without an approved written data-handling scope.
Section 04
How this policy is enforced.
We prefer a proportionate response but may act quickly when security or safety requires it.
Loometry may investigate suspected violations, limit or suspend affected access, preserve relevant evidence, and cooperate with customers, providers, or authorities where legally required. Where practical, we will explain the issue and allow correction.
