Build access in from the beginning.
Loometry is building accessibility into the public site and customer-readable assessment from the beginning and is clear about work that remains.
Section 01
Our current commitment.
We aim toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA without claiming that every route is already certified or fully conformant.
The public site uses semantic headings, labelled controls, visible focus, keyboard navigation, contrast checks, responsive reflow, reduced-motion support, and automated accessibility testing.
Automated checks do not replace testing by people with disabilities or qualified manual review. A formal conformance report has not been issued.
Section 02
Work still in progress.
Known gaps stay visible so they can be tested and improved.
- Broaden manual screen-reader and voice-control testing across real workflows.
- Continue testing zoom, 320-pixel reflow, keyboard order, error recovery, charts, tables, and long technical content.
- Publish a more formal accessibility status after qualified review and after incorporation details are settled.
Section 03
Request help or report a barrier.
Email [email protected] with the subject “Accessibility”.
Please describe the page, task, assistive technology, browser, and preferred response format if you are comfortable doing so. Do not include sensitive account information or credentials.
We will acknowledge practical access requests and work toward an alternative format or reasonable workaround. Response timing may vary during the startup preview and no formal accessibility service level is promised.
