Trust and limitations

Clear boundaries are part of the deliverable.

Loometry explains what the assessment can support, what data and provider boundaries apply, what assurance is not yet available, and where qualified customer or professional review remains essential.

Evidence boundary

What the assessment can support—and what it cannot.

The result is useful only when its claims stay tied to the named cases, models, settings, account path, dates, and method.

Can support
  • A decision between one defined baseline and candidate
  • Case-level improvements, regressions, failures, and unknowns
  • Comparable timing, completion, usage, and stated provider-cost estimates
  • A recommendation with confidence, limitations, conditions, and next actions
Cannot establish by itself
  • Future or production-wide reliability
  • Safety, security, privacy, accessibility, or legal compliance
  • Regional, load, incident, or service-level performance not in scope
  • Suitability for workloads, provider versions, or configurations not assessed
  • It is a fixed, pre-change comparison, not continuous production monitoring.
  • Up to 10 cases cannot establish broad statistical reliability or future provider performance.
  • Results apply to the named models, configurations, account path, cases, timing, and method.
  • It is not a security audit, safety certification, compliance opinion, or legal review.
  • Provider-price estimates exclude terms the customer does not supply, such as negotiated discounts.
  • The customer remains responsible for deployment, monitoring, and the final business decision.

Data path

Use the least sensitive input that can answer the question.

The initial contact form collects high-level fit information only. Assessment data and provider access require a reviewed scope.

01 · ContactHigh-level decision facts

Name, work email, company, role, team size, goal, timing, provider/tool summary, message, referral source, and consent enter one server-side contact RPC.

02 · ScopeApproved cases and access plan

Before execution, the parties identify sensitivity, provider destination, reviewers, retention, deletion, budget, and minimum credential path.

03 · AssessmentBounded working material

Prompts and request details go only to the customer-directed provider path agreed for the comparison. Credentials stay out of reports and public surfaces.

04 · DeliveryCustomer-readable evidence

The report includes necessary method and configuration context, not credentials, customer records, or unnecessary internal identifiers.

Current assurance

A startup preview should not borrow credibility it has not earned.

The published policies are founder-prepared drafts and remain visibly marked for professional review. Customer requirements belong in the proposal and agreement.

Pre-incorporation project

“Loometry Corporation” is a proposed future name, not a current incorporated entity. A paid proposal identifies the legal seller before payment.

Read the policy or limitation relevant to your review.

These publications support due diligence; they do not replace customer counsel, security review, procurement, or a signed assessment agreement.

Ask before relying

Bring the requirement into the scope.

If data sensitivity, provider terms, retention, deletion, security, accessibility, procurement, or another assurance need could change the engagement, raise it before access or paid work.

Do not send credentials, confidential prompts, personal data, regulated information, or vulnerability details through the public form.

Discuss the requirement safely
