Assessment limitations
Use the recommendation only within the evidence it names.
Loometry's assessment can clarify one model decision. It cannot remove uncertainty, replace qualified customer review, or prove behaviour outside the agreed cases and method.
Evidence limits
A bounded assessment supports a bounded conclusion.
The report identifies the exact models, configurations, cases, repetitions, provider path, dates, assumptions, and exclusions behind every recommendation.
- It is a fixed, pre-change comparison, not continuous production monitoring.
- Up to 10 cases cannot establish broad statistical reliability or future provider performance.
- Results apply to the named models, configurations, account path, cases, timing, and method.
- It is not a security audit, safety certification, compliance opinion, or legal review.
- Provider-price estimates exclude terms the customer does not supply, such as negotiated discounts.
- The customer remains responsible for deployment, monitoring, and the final business decision.
Human judgement
Automated and human reviewers can both be wrong.
The method keeps rubrics, disagreements, missing results, and qualified domain review visible where they materially affect the decision.
Deterministic and model-based checks capture defined behaviours. They may miss a useful or harmful feature that the rubric did not name.
A qualified reviewer can resolve context and policy questions, but the conclusion remains bounded by the case set and available facts.
Loometry explains the evidence and next action. The customer remains responsible for deployment, monitoring, and use.
Data and access
Sensitive work requires an approved written scope.
The public contact form is not a secure intake channel for provider credentials, confidential prompts, customer records, regulated information, or vulnerability details.
Agree the input source, sensitivity, provider destination, reviewers, retention, deletion, access, and budget.
Use only the approved case material and provider path; keep credentials server-side and out of prompts, reports, logs, and public pages.
Deliver customer-readable findings, follow the agreed retention and access-removal steps, and identify any separate post-change monitoring need.
Startup and legal status
Current policies are transparent drafts, not finished assurance.
Every substantive legal publication is marked [NEEDS PROFESSIONAL REVIEW]. A paid proposal identifies the legal seller and applicable terms before payment.
[NEEDS PROFESSIONAL REVIEW]“Loometry Corporation” is a proposed future corporate name, not a current incorporated entity.
Loometry does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, independent accessibility certification, legal approval, or another assurance it has not completed.
The proposal names scope, fee, provider-cost treatment, data handling, dates, limitations, seller, and payment terms.
Review the current privacy, security, subprocessors, accessibility, cookies, terms, acceptable-use, and trust information before relying on the preview.
